VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
(UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
There are a number of things you can do to help the movement, at our office, at your home and in various places across the state. Click on the links below for more information:
1) DAY TO DAY LIFE - There are things we can ALL do, without really changing our day to day life. CLICK HERE for more information.
2) FROM HOME - There are a few things you can do in the in between moments at home that can help the movement greatly. This is a great option for stay at home parents, those who are home bound, are lacking in transportation and/or live outside of the Omaha/Lincoln area. CLICK HERE for more information.
3) AT OUR OFFICE - This is the best option if you can make it. Whether it be helping manage the office for a shift a month, to coming in after work for a half hour or more, every bit helps. CLICK HERE for more information.
4) WORK EVENTS - There will be a number of events in the coming months that we will be in. Whether it means manning a booth, making and holding signs in parades or passing out fliers and signing people up on clipboards, this is a really fun way to do your part and a great way to introduce children to the political process. CLICK HERE for more information.
5) OFFICER POSITIONS - As the group grows, there are some things that we could use help with. If you can commit to a few hours a week and/or have useful skills, we could need your help! CLICK HERE for more information.
6) SKILLED HELP - If people with certain skills, like graphic design/art, web design, database, PR and political experience for example, could use those skills in helping us with certain projects, that would be wonderful. CLICK HERE for more information.
7) RESOURCES - A related issue is our needs for certain things that people would be willing to loan or donate to the group like office furniture, cheap or donated space for branch offices, computers for use in the office and even phone books. CLICK HERE for a more extensive list.
